Chapter One Foundation (COF) is a Zambian non-profit, non-partisan and non-governmental organisation that promotes and protects human rights, constitutionalism, social justice, and the rule of law. Established in 2019, COF operates through strategic public interest litigation, advocacy, civic education, and capacity building.

Yes. We occasionally offer volunteer opportunities for individuals interested in human rights, governance, and advocacy. Openings are shared on our social media pages and website. If you are interested in volunteering , you may also express your interest by sending an email with your CV and a short cover letter to careers@cof.org.zm
No. COF is not membership-based. However, we work collaboratively with coalitions, networks, and interested individuals who share our values and mission.
